LARGE PARTIES
Thank you for your interest in making a large party reservation with Porcupine Pub and Grille. The following information should answer some general questions you may have in planning your event. - Porcupine accepts reservations for parties with 20 or more guests during our non-peak hours. Please include any children in your guest count.
- Please note that we are unable to accept reservations for Friday or Saturday evenings, as well as Sunday brunch.
- Large parties have a choice of 3 different set menus. All of our set menus include beverage, appetizer, entrée and dessert. Tax and gratuity are not included in the set menu price. Parties of 30 or below may order from the regular dinner menu.
- Large parties may opt to have alcohol included in the bill, or have guests pay for their own.
- An 18% gratuity will be added to all large party reservations.
- A credit card is required to hold any reservation. The card will only be charged if your entire party fails to show.
- A guaranteed guest count is required at least 72 hours prior to the date of the event. You will be charged for anyone who does not attend that was included in your final count. The charged amount will depend on which menu you select.
- Due to tight scheduling, any large party reservations during the months of November and December who cancel will be charged $25 per person.
