LARGE PARTIES
Thank you for your interest in making a large party reservation with Porcupine Pub and Grille. The following information should answer some general questions you may have in planning your event. - Porcupine accepts reservations for parties with 16 or more guests, depending on availability. Please include
any children in your guest count.
- Please note that we are unable to accept reservations for Friday and Saturday evenings, as well as Sunday brunch.
- Large parties may order off of our regular menu. A set menu may be designed for those with a budget.
- Large parties may opt to have alcohol included in the bill, or have guests pay for their own.
- An 18% gratuity will be added to all large event reservations.
- A credit card is required to hold any reservation. The card will only be charged if your entire party fails to show.
- Due to tight scheduling, any large party reservations during the months of November and December who cancel will be charged $25 per person.
- A guaranteed guest count is required at least 72 hours prior to the date of the event. A credit card number is also required
for confirmation of any reservation. The card will only be charged if your entire party fails to show. You will be charged the
average price of those who did attend for those who didn't & were included in your 72-hour guest count.
- Seating in our loft is available for parties of any size. We do not rent our loft out privately. If you have fewer than 50 people, it may be possible that other tables will be sat in our loft as well. The main dining room is also available for large parties who have guests who are unable to climb stairs.
